Hello,
I decided to sell one of my E 1800/3.
It is an ex-military version (German Bundeswehr) named AEG E 1800 on the front panel but according to modules it is an E 1800/3.

It has the fast synthesizer SO 1800/2 module. Obviously it was used with German military for PC controlled fast scanning and data analyses. The filter board is equipped with 7 mechanical filters:
100 Hz
300 Hz
600 Hz
1.5 kHz
6 kHz
-3 kHz LSB
+3 kHz USB
as well as the 10 kHz roofing filter.

It has the following modules installed:
BF 1800/4 Front Panel and Control
NS 1800 Power supply 110V/220V
HT 1710/2 RF Module
FL 1710 IF Module with 7 mechanical filters
DE 1700/2 Demodulator Module
SO 1800/2 Synthesizer
SR 1810 Memory Module
BT 1800 BITE Module
FU 1800 Frequency Converter

The optional FU 1800
frequency converter provides a BNC output witheither a 30 kHz or 525 kHz at the selected IF bandwidth and an AF output nominally at 12 kHz at 600 Ohm which can be soldered to other frequency between 0.5 kHz and 20 kHz in 500 Hz steps.
The FU 1800 was probably used for external demodulation or special analysis with an external DSP unit.

Unfortunately the TD 1710 RTTY module which is needed to operate the bar graph tuning indicator is not installed.

The E 1800/3 is fully working, no error on BITE.

The front panel has light marks around the holes for rack mount screws.

Price is EUR 1,900

If you do not need the FU 1800 I will remove it and drop the price to EUR 1,800

Shipment fully insured to the US is EUR 140 with postal parcel (transit time at least 2 weeks, probably much longer now in the holiday season) or EUR 240 with DHL Express (transit time 2-3 days to certainly arrive before CHRISTMAS).

Shipping within the EU is EUR 45

I will ship worldwide, please ask for shipping charges to your destination.

Pictures are available on request.
