[Premium-Rx] More WJ-9040 manuals and documents available

I received a number of positive responses on the WJ-9040 manuals, so I 
rummaged through my files and found some other things like the manual 
for the HF receiver (WJ-8628-4), promotional materials and training 
documents.  So I bumped processing of those materials to the front of 
the queue and added a few more things.

My ISP is slow to update so it may be 30 minutes or more before things 
appear.
