[Premium-Rx] Major rebuild of Watkins-Johnson site

You may find dead links and missing stuff on my Watkins-Johnson site.  
It had accumulated a Rube Goldberg structure, so I stripped it down and 
rebuilt it this weekend.  The upload will be done in a couple minutes.  
All of the work is internal.  Please let  me know of any problems you 
encounter.

The ability to post manuals for download is making the site expand 
rapidly and it was getting difficult with the kludged 10+ year old file 
structure.  Once I have the bugs out, I have a 1/2 gig of WJ-9040 
manuals ready to load.  Any 9040 lovers out there?
