[Premium-Rx] Big change: CEI and WJ manuals now available on my Watkins-Johnson website

Paolo Viappani spurred me into seeking clarification from the employees 
I know at DRS on sharing old documents.  The restrictions they told me 
about in the past are no longer in effect on most older CEI and WJ 
manuals and materials.

I've started by posting 130 MB of manuals I already have scanned; CEI 
501, CEI 521A , CEI 560, CEI 566, CEI 701A, CEI 702A, CEI 775-3, CEI 
904A, CEI 906A, CEI 906A-4, WJ 340A, and WJ 487A-(x) receivers. I've 
also added the manual for one of the most important products CEI every 
designed the RS-111-1B-12A and B.  Other will be added as time allows.
