This was my own upload so I know it's safe and I've just checked it to confirm it still downloads ok.
I've never owned one of these, or the 9607, but get the impression that this manual might be valid, to some extent anyway, for both.

I am looking for the manuals for the WJ-9902A equipment frame and the 
WJ-9607 multi receiver front panel control. Both recently obtained 
complete with two 8607 miniceptors and Frequency Extenders.
