 I saw that and laughed.  I have a R-1451/WLR-6 and it sure ain't a $7500 radio, nor does it have anything in common with any WJ I've ever seen.
It does have a lot in common with my Sylvania R-1414.

I'm used to people cribbing stuff from my websites.  It's amusing when 
they get it wrong.  Disgusting when they use it to misrepresent things.  
At least this eBayne seller didn't attach my website or name to their 
attempt at selling under false pretenses.

This receiver is an R-1451.  It is rare.  It is interesting.  It is not 
connected with Watkins-Johnson in any way.  And the seller is out of his 
mind on pricing.

The WLR receiver designed and built by WJ is the R-1449.  It is based on 
the CEI/WJ 357 receiver.
