[Premium-Rx] R&S EK070 defect: help wanted

Hi all,

My R&S EK 070 stopped working after a clear collapse of the power 
supply. This receiver has the Mains/Battery Power Supply Unit N3.
On the control board a four legged transistor (?) type PIC637 is defect, 
referred to as T22 and T23 on schematic 629.9018 AC/DC-Netzteil (Power 
Supply)
I do have the schematic and the fault finding procedures, but do not 
have the parts list.

Does anyone have the corresponding Sachnummer (parts number) of this PIC637?
Does anyone have this PIC637 for sale?
Does anyone have specifications on this PIC637 and/or a replacement type 
number?
Does anyone have a N3 or N1 power supply for sale?
