[Premium-Rx] WJ8618B(S-1) & WJ 775-11 rcvrs

I think most who work on the 8618 are getting out of that series. I've fixed a 
few but it's too time consuming to repair to the component level to be 
compensated fairly so I pretty much just keep my own running.  I don't know 
about the 775-11.
