[Premium-Rx] Cellular coverage test receivers

Greetings Premium-RXers.

Does anyone on the list know if any of the specialty cellular coverage test receivers have any ‘general coverage’ receive capability? Manufacturers include Agilent, DRT, Seagull, and others. Some of these companies offer very similar products to the military/federal markets, especially companies like DRT. I know a few of these products seem to have a spectrum analyzer as an optional capability but was wondering if anyone has figured out if these can also by used as a general purpose receiver?
