Hi Nigel et al,
I've amended my small version to reflect the correct page order and section
order as shown in your version. I also included bookmarks but they're closed
by default, so you'll need to open the bookmark tab to see them  - so anyway
- it's been updated for anyone who downloaded the 14MB version.

I don't know where this manual came from originally, someone other than me
deserves the credit for that, but there were quite a lot of pages plus some
complete sections out of order when it came to me.
The version I've posted now has everything back in order and with a few
duplicate pages removed but I see that your 14MB version seems to be based
on the original and still with the errors so please feel free to download
the corrected version, and perhaps reduce that to a more sensible size
also:-)
