[Premium-Rx] WJ Won't Power On

Agree with Mike, I had the identical symptoms and cured by replacing
electrolytic caps, local supply caps and distributed bypass electrolytic
caps.  WJ clearly had purchased tantalum caps with a long-term failure mode.
