[Premium-Rx] Cubic RD451

Greetings!

Have any of you Premium RXers ever used the Cubic RD451 DF application? Some years ago I purchased a military surplus DF package on ePay from the UK. while the overall system was assembled by a UK vendor, it included a Panasonic CF-P1 handheld computer with an SD memory card with what looks like a Visual Basic file for the RD451 application. The pc won’t start, probably due to some other issue I have not yet dug into but I was curious about the application. If anyone else bought one of these systems or has used RD451, please contact me directly. I’d like to pick your brain a bit. Thanks!
