[Premium-Rx] Si8901Y FET Mixer ICs plus WJ8615D parts & Aiken SR-2090

Calogic took over manufacture of some Siliconix devices, and I think since
then Linear Systems acquired them from Calogic. Anyway, whatever the source
the 8901 quad FET is (as far as I know) the same device made from the same
masks.

Calogic SD8901 data sheet attached. Not sure whether the list accepts
attachments, also sent direct.
