Hello Andrew,
the DEBEG 7201 is better known as Siemens E410. I think I have two or maybe three of these. At least one is working.
I have the manual on paper. I am not sure if I have a pdf.
Does your receiver have the mechanical filter 30.3 to 33 kHz for USB? This filter was standard, LSB was optional. Many receivers on eBay or at swapmeets are offered without the USB filter. The filters are identical to those used with the E401/EK 47 and E403/EK 49 but with the E401/EK 47 and E403/EK 49 receivers the sidebands are inverted. The 30.3 to 33.0 kHz filter is the LSB filter and this was an option only. I have seen this filter go for up to EUR 200 which is $236 at today's rate.
