Thanks for the reply.... the 890 has an rs232 connection.... I'd like to make up a cable before it gets here...
Hopefully someone has a copy of the EK-890 owners manual they can share.

Hi Glenn,

I don't have an EK-890, I have an EK-07D/2, an EK-070, an EK-071, an 
EK-085, an ESVP and an ESM500A.

The only one I use under PC control is the ESVP, very occasionally. I 
have some GPIB software for it.
