[Premium-Rx] Sub-Octave Filters for RA3701

Hi Ian,

I don't know what the insertion loss specifications are but since the 
module is completely passive I would expect 6dB or even 10dB of loss 
without being too concerned.  I imagine the BITE tests do some checking 
-- do they pass?
