[Premium-Rx] HRB Systems HW1390A

I'm hoping to locate the present owner of, or someone who might know the  
current location of, of an HRB Systems HW1390A LF selective demodulator that 
I  owned several years ago.
 
This particular unit was serial number 26 and I have uploaded some photos  
to mediafire.....

At the time I owned it there was a problem with the local tuning, possibly  
the rotary encoder or perhaps a corrupted programmable logic array in  the 
encoder interface circuit and I would be interested to know if this problem  
was ever resolved.
