These are parts of various sales configurations of the RS-160 system.
The VM-101 creates up to five markers for the tuned frequencies of
handoff receivers on a 21.4 MHz spectrum display.
The RS-160 system was often sold with the RS-168 and the VM-101 created
marker dots for on the RS-160 SDU (typically an SM-7301) for up to five
receivers in the RS-168, allowing a handoff receiver to be quickly tuned
to any pip that pops up on the spectrum display.
I have one of these systems in operating condition and it is pretty
slick considering that this is 1970s technology. I haven't tried it,
but the VM-101 might work with any 21.4 MHz IF receivers that have an LO
out and any 21.4 MHz SDU.
The DRX-308 extended the frequency coverage of the WJ DRO series up to
1000 MHz from the stock 300 MHz. It was often used with the DRO-308,
but I suspect it is a repackaged DRX-1000 and would work with a wider
range of DRO readouts.
Both of these units are mentioned in the RS-160 context here:

I haven't written it up yet, but the most famous international incident
involving an RS-160/RS-168 system was the recording President Ronald
Reagan made public of the Russian MiG pilot talking with his commanding
officer about the Korean Airlines passenger flight KAL-007 before it was
shot down.
