[Premium-Rx] Muirhead M100M Manual

Following a recent enquiry I've finalised my scan of the English  version 
of the Muirhead M100M receiver manual.
 
This receiver has also been sold as the Mentor 100, Sait MR1410, Sait  
MR1411, and possibly others.
 
It's a 51MB file and can be downloaded from Mediafire...
