[Premium-Rx] Questions regarding WJ-8718 and WJ-8718/MFP

Hello,
today I pulled my long defective WJ-8718-7 from the shelf to change a couple boards with my WJ-8718/MFP to hopefully isolate the defective board.

I noticed a board 794241 in socket XA11 (spare) just behind the AF board. I can not find any info about this board in my downloaded WJ-8718 manuals. I would appreciate any info about this board.

When changing the A5A3 BFO synthesizer board 791576 I found a 796181 board in my WJ-8718/MFP.
Either 791576 is defective or it does not work in my WJ-8718/MFP.
My WJ-8718/MFP manual does not mention any 796181 board. It shows the 791576 in that position.
What is 796181 and can it be exchanged with the 791576?
