[Premium-Rx] RA6778C Rx EPROM info needed

Would anyone have the data files for these three EPROMs? I've been tasked with sorted out four of these beasts and they all seem to have similar issues, displays all 0's or blank, inoperative keypads.. I suspect bad EPROMs 
 All the voltages seem to be there on the board connectors.. 
Any thoughts or advice would be great. 
I do have all the manuals.
