The Fourth edition of Osterman "Shortwave Receivers Past and Present" (get
it, its nearly 800 pages are fantastic) tells us that the difference
between the 1410 and 1411 is that the first covers 100 kcs to 30 Mcs, the
second 10 kcs to 30 Mcs. Originally called Mentor M 100M. Belgian
company SAIT mostly relabelled other manufacturers radios.
