I am a bit late in answering this message, as I read not so frequently this group.
Don't use Winrad... the latest version is a (badly) modified, not by me, version of my original
code, and I discourage from using it.
Since I released the Winrad source code, a couple of German radioamateurs took it and
produced a nice, improved, follow on, which is called HDSDR. I use it myself.
