[Premium-Rx] FORSALE: ITT Mackay 3030A and 3041A

So, I received photos and even sent a Paypal to finalize the deal. He assured me that these had been sent. That was two weeks ago. No contact and no tracking number. He did refund my Paypal account thankfully but I would've preferred the receivers. Oh well.
