Hello,
I have both receivers the Cubic RX-3030 and a total of four Siemens E-410 some are labeled DEBEG 7201. These are totally identical receivers, early 7201 just got a new label attached while later had a front panel silk screened DEBEG 7201.

The Cubic RX-3030 is 1986 vintage while the E-410/7201 is at least 15 years older.
The Cubic RX-3030 used a foil keyboard which might cause some problems. It seems to get stiff from age. Sometimes I have to push keys two or three times to see a result and others keys might bounce with only one push. Adjusting the timing by changing an electrolytic helped a bit.

The Siemens E-410/DEBEG 7201 was built with discrete components - no integrated circuits - and sold in two different versions. One has a 100kHz synthesizer with VFO knob while the other version has an "interpolator" and used thumbwheel switches. Forget thumbwheel switches if you are into band cruising.

If you buy a E-410/7201 watch out for installed filters. I bought two on eBay on different occasions "out of an estate" from totally ignorant sellers only to find out later that the USB filter had been robbed by a previous owner to serve as LSB Filter within the Siemens E-401 and E-403/Rohde & Schwarz EK-47 and EK-49. This rare filter alone had been sold as high as EUR 200 (about $230).

I would buy a RX-3030 every day.

BTW if anybody wants a Siemens E410/DEBEG 7201 with thumbwheel switches just let me know.
