[Premium-Rx] cubic r3030 power supply

CR12 & CR14 have given their lives to protect the expensive stuff :-)

They are cheap as chips and I would certainly replace them.  CR12 
failing can take out CR13 at the same time so I would check that.  
4x1N4007s are a suitable replacement for CR13 if you can't find an 
original part.


I haven't had to replace RT1 or RT2 so I don't know about specs or 
availability.  My experience with switched-mode power supplies however 
is that nothing is optional and they are probably there because it was 
the only way the designer could stop the damn thing from blowing up :-(
