Hello Emilio,
if you are looking for the RAM it is a 5101 static RAM. Do a Google search these are still available from several sources. The 5101 was used in arcade games and pinball machines and there is at least one forum for afficionados who also supply spare parts.

The ROM is a 2708 EPROM. 

I got a French Thomson CSF receiver TRC-394 which also uses the 5101 RAM. The backup NiCd battery leaked and the RAM pins fell off due to corrosion. The 5101 is a 22 pin ceramic DIP package and the gold pins are somehow attached to the side of the ceramic package.
