The link you provided is a "Manta.com" page.  I do not believe this 
is a new page -- it appears to be the same old Manta page.

Manta is a small business directory that is known for not keeping 
their listings up to date.  The Manta page desribes PCS Associates as 
a "closed shop" (i.e., "by appointment only") -- not as a business 
that has been discontinued/doors closed.  It also gives a link for 
PCS Associates, which is dead.
