Hi folks:
I read your posts regarding Steve 
 Pappin after PCS Associates has closed and I don't agree with you.
I have been corresponding with Steve since many years and I can assure he is a serious and honest person.
So in my opinion any worries about equipments sent for repair or service to PCS Associates are totally unjustified. 
I am sure that within a reasonable time Steve will answer all your questions and every item will be returned to the respective owner.
So I would ask everyone to 
avoid insults and unjustified offensive attitudes against a person who has always been kind and helpful to us all.
