[Premium-Rx] An Appeal To Steve Pappin: Where Is My WJ-8711A?

In light of the disturbing turn of events---of which there is absolutely NO EXCUSE on Steve's part---I am considering litigation against Steve Pappin and/or PCS Associates in view of the fact that:

Steve or his representatives have not replied to my numerous emails inquiring about WHERE my WJ-8711A is and if he fixed it or not.  I have emailed to the PCS email and to Steve's email that he gave me.

I have pre-paid him via PayPal for negotiated repair and servicing of the radio.

I have emailed confirmation of my receiver being signed for at his Moontide Ct Temecula, CA address that Steve told me to send the radio to, so I know that the radio made it there.  This was three weeks ago.

To be blunt, I am very pissed off.    Did he have an incapacitating illness befall him that prevents him from responding to my emails?

Although it pains me GREATLY to enter into litigation against him, I need to build a case against Steve, and if there is somebody with info on his whereabouts, they may email me via my private email in confidence.  I just want my radio back!!!  It's not a throw-away Chinese portable after all; I cannot afford to loose a several-thousand-dollar radio!!!
