[Premium-Rx] PCS Associates/ Steve Pappin And My WJ-8711A

In January 2016 I shipped out my WJ-8711A to PCS Associates' Temecula CA Repair Facility in need of servicing.  I pre-paid them for a list of things to be done to the receiver via PayPal.  I just emailed PCS Associates politely inquiring a turn-around lead time, etc.  I did not get any reply.  I sent an email to Steve Pappin's email address regarding the aforementioned to which I received no reply.  Per UPS, somebody at the Temecula facility signed for my 8711A, so I know it arrived there.  I am rightfully quite upset at the lack of a response.

Can anybody here tell me what happened to PCS Associates?  Steve, are you reading this?  Please kindly advise via my private email or here on this thread.
