Indeed it caps it's self or better said via it's design at or near 100mw 
output.

Collins is likely to have started that whole scheme of low power into 
various PA rf moduals .  You really have a better signal generator than 
useful exciter IMO ...
The RF-110 and 1110 are heavy, power limited to 1kw and very very loud 
or noisy and a PIA to work with, but if you are a true Military ops and 
equipment type,  then all this is right what you want.

you have the best part of the cookie, the R-2368 ...

It's pretty obvious I guess i don't care for the TRANSMITTER side of the 
line-up
