[Premium-Rx] SD211DE, SD214DE

Hi Peter,

SD214s are used in the double balanced first mixer of the E1800/3 or E1800A (module HT1710/2 or HT1710/3).
They are operated as passive switches,two pairs of two paralell FETs in push pull configuration.
Which brand are your SD214s?
