[Premium-Rx] WJ Fuse holders for WJ-8615's

This has been an issue since many WJ-8615's and WJ-8615P's are missing the fuse holder cap. The original fuse holders were often re-designed so you can't just swap caps. The following is generally true:

1) WJ-8615 and Early WJ-8615P's: Littlefuse 03450631H was redesigned internally. External dimensions are the same. If you missing the early cap you will need to replace the entire fuse holder. External dimensions are identical.

3) WJ-8615P Late Models: These used Schuter 0031.1361. In most cases the fuse cap is interchangeable. If not you will have to change the entire fuse holder. External dimensions are identical.
