I have sent several emails to Helmut Singer in Aachen Germany requesting quotes on shipping and availability on items with no response. My enquiries have been in English. I had assumed because their web page was bilingual, English would not be an issue...

So two questions to those who may know more about them:

Are they able to use English for business communications?
Any reason they would not be responsive to email?
