[Premium-Rx] PCS FTP site shutdown

All,

I have two WJ-8711A and two WJ-8712A and on the couple of occasions that 
I have asked Steve for help he was prompt and courteous.

It is regrettable that someone/people are taking advantage of Steve but 
I guess its a sign of the age that we live in :-(    Hopefully Steve 
will find the perpetrators and resolve the situation.

In the mean time, Steve - thanks for the support and information that 
you have provided to the genuine amateur radio community and I hope you 
are able to return to providing it soon.
