[Premium-Rx] [Boatanchors] eBay scam?

Hi:
World wide I ship over a thousand packages a year, but they typically weigh a few ounces.
When shipping USPS First Class Airmail International there is no tracking or insurance so no way to know if the buyer
received the package hence this is not an approved eBay shipping method. But outside of eBay many buyers choose it
knowing they are gambling.. So it needs to be clear that if the buyer does not receive the package he's out what he
paid. For small packages the shipping cost is about $13.
When shipping USPS Priority International using a small flat rate box you get tracking and insurance for a shipping cost
of about $26. This is an approved eBay shipping method.
The eBay shipping option (I get paid to ship to Kentucky) is somewhere in between the above two options. You get
tracking and insurance for less shipping cost than Priority mail.
In all three of the above options the customs form, shipping label and postage are all on one sheet of paper you tape to
the package.

Now I only use stamps for letters and CDs and it's very uncommon to stand in line at the post office. I think because
the USPS has made deals with companies like Stamps.com that the USPS does not allow you to print postage on common
envelopes. Note that with Stamps.com and the sheets of blank stamps with the magic ink you can print just a stamp, i.e.
print cash, but at a price. But when printing labels that have the from and to address on them there's no need for the
magic ink or special forms since there's no cash value, so is very possible, but just not allowed for what I'm thinking
are political reasons to print envelopes. I forcast that will change and we'll be printing first class envelopes in the
not too distant future.
