Hi Dave,

I use two of these at my location (one has operated continuously for 15 
years without a break).
They are brilliant - and go right up to VHF-ish.

Mine are 12v seperately driven, but use a home-made bias-t so the signal 
RF doesn't go via the power supply, and the DC doesn't cook the Rx input.
