[Premium-Rx] R&S SKTU NOISE GENERATOR INFO WANTED

Greetings to List Members,
 
I am looking for a circuit of the later  c.1983 version of the Rohde  & 
Schwarz SKTU Noise Generator, the one that does not use a Nicad battery  for 
the voltage reference but which uses the ICL Band Gap semiconductor  reference 
instead.
 
After much searching I can only find information on the older 1960 - 1970s  
versions, nothing found on the later, year 1980+ ones.
 
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please reply offline.
