I appreciate all the support from the Premium-rx community now and in the 
past. There are several points that I want to explain related to what I do 
and provide:

1) I am not in the firmware business and cannot provide firmware updates 
unless a device is returned for factory service. There are many reasons for 
this. First I am not licensed to reproduce firmware that is owned by DRS. 
Secondly firmware installed in an unknown target radio can have dire 
consequences. Finally I am receiving radios that are firmware experiments 
gone wrong - damaged in various ways.

2) I am seeing manuals on eBay that are reprints from my FTP site. If I see 
any more of this I will shut the site down. The manuals on the FTP site are 
for hobby and educational use. They are not to be used for profit and should 
never be reproduced.

3) PCS Associates is a for profit government contractor. We provide some 
FREE services for hobbyists and enthusiasts. Our priorities are to service 
government contracts and vendors first. Hobby or HAM radio projects are 
subject to whatever time we have available after we complete our scheduled 
work load. If you cannot wait for something to be completed let us know and 
we will return your item AS-IS but you must pay the return shipping.

4) We will no longer be taking trade ins or for trade business. We take 
radios on consignment that are pre-qualified. We pay cash for radios that 
are pre-qualified.

5) Work that is past 30 days can be returned to you for the shipping cost if 
an estimate has not been issued. If an estimate has been issued you will be 
billed up to the point of return.
