 Hello Clemens and gang,

Thatnks for answer me back, about the book of F. Osterman really agree with you...Some few years ago, when i seen advert in UK "Radio Communication" magazine it was my dreams...but third edition already finished and no any books was available..Now once again seen some info recently about that great source of information...But still not in my collection...Maybe in the future...

About "KROT-M" Receiver weight is not correct there i think, because receiver has separate Power Supply Unit and total weight must be far more then 100 KGs!!!...
Receiver itself possible to lift with two people at least only...(  some kind of entertainment for russian soldier...:)   )

R-250M also very heavy, about 100 KGs total...

Because we discussed about tuning knobs, i decided to bring for  people attention those two receivers-please take special attention in details about Main Tuning Knob and Band Switching knobs there...Superb! If you use them some time, you will never forget...

Those, who got those receivers with them and got their own experience about those knobs will agree with me 100 percent...Sure..
Some few R-250M with not russian, but english language lettering on front panel available now in USA in private collection...

But that is another story...
