[Premium-Rx] WJ-8618A Back-Up battery replacement

Hi all,

Recently i became an owner of WJ-8618A,  with very interested
prehistory...Receiver was made in mid 1981, but many modules and units there much latest production. For example A6-front Panel and Display Control made in 1993, REF Optinal Oscillator with Oven Control made in 1989...e.t.c. Many units in front end (both VHF and UHF bands) also much latest production...

Front panel like new because receiver was in use by remote control interface...

Back-Up Memory battery there has some oxidation and need to make in good, ship shape condition. 
Does any one can help with battery replacement procedure? It simply desoldered or need to make special precaution before there?

Memory contents will lost, but that is not a problem. Need to make reset after replacement? If yes, how to do?

In manual and maintenance manual they said nothing about that...

By the way-Optional BFO, planned to get and instal, but before does any one can help what is the BFO tuning step 100Hz or 10 Hz there?
