PCS Associates FTP site:
I probably should have been more clear about who can register to access restricted documents. I am receiving requests from individuals in countries that are not eligible to register. In order to gain access to the manuals which are still considered to be restricted documents you must:

1) Be a citizen of the United States, a territory of the USA, or protectorate
2) Be a citizen of a NATO country that is in good standing
3) Agree that you will only use the information provided for hobby or education
4) Truthfully provide your full name and physical address, no PO Boxes

If this information checks out a registration to access the FTP site will be granted. Your information is kept in a data base that can be used to check the authenticity of each user. I have not been audited and do not think it is likely unless information is misused.

If you are contacted by someone asking for the FTP user name and password please break contact with them immediately. In this age it is extremely easy to trace IP routes and phone calls. They do locate and prosecute all individuals who are involved.

I apologize to anyone who has been refused access. I cannot grant access to everyone. I wish I could but I have to follow the rules or suffer the consequences.

Best Regards,
Steve
