[Premium-Rx] Need A4A10 AF board for WJ-8718

Verify the remaining boards are in their proper spots and that all cables are 
connected the way they should be.

American Milspec (Scott) might have a board and they sometimes show up on ebay.

After that it's the basic troubleshooting...  power supply health and signal 
tracing.
