I have access to the PCS Associates website and there appears to be
documentation on the WJ-8730A and several 'tuning heads' there.

Due to the access agreement for the information on the PCS Associates
site I cannot download and send them to you.  I suggest that you drop
Steve at PCS an email stating your name, address, intended purpose and
that you agree not to distribute or re-export documentation and you
should be able to obtain a login to access all of the WJ information
that he has on file.
