[Premium-Rx] Dean Watkins died Sunday

Dean Watkins, the co-founder of Watkins-Johnson passed away on Sunday.  
He was born in 1922.  He started Watkins-Johnson with Dick Johnson in 
1957.  Dick passed away in Dec 2012.  The company started as a microwave 
tube manufacturer.  Dick and Dean, who met at Stanford, decided to 
emulate Hewlett-Packard and base the business on finding the places 
where business opportunities and emerging technologies met.  David 
Packard was one of the original WJ board members and helped shape the 
internal ethos of the company.  To this day most employees revere the 
time they worked at WJ.

I'll be working up a bio for my website.  That might be difficult. He 
was an intensely private man.
