Hi All in the list,

Does anyone know's Silicone Microwave Transistor "35" package (Micro-X) 
Capital letter "H" on the ceramic case top and small letter "h"- year of production code, i think that is the NEC, made in Japan transistor. If any information or links available, pls share. Needed for restoration job.
