Does anyone have the September 2013 edition of Popular Communications? 
I'd like to see the cover story, "The Ghosts of Teufelsburg."  Teufelsberg
used Nems-Clarke, CEI and WJ equipment over the Cold War years.  I'm
curious to see how the author covered the story and if he even mentioned
anything specific about the radios and equipment it housed.
