Hi Again,

Further to my request for a DRO-33 manual earlier, I now have one. I must confess I had one all the time, but it was filed in the wrong place :-(
I've now traced the fault ro a failed N8292A decade counter on the gate generator PCB. So not the PSU as I suspected.

The trouble is that the Signectics 8000 series logic seems to have gone obsolete in the early 70's and all I can find on the net is the data sheet and no sign of any spares.

Their does not seem to be a direct 74xx series equivalent for this device, so ideally I'm wondering is anyone has one knocking about in their junk box.

My other alternative will be to build a little bridge board and use a different counter to do the job. It's only set up to divide by 10, so pretty much any counter will do, but it would be nicer to get hold of an original.
