[Premium-Rx] Raven Research RR1003 password

First of all ,all the best wishes to you all and a happy 2014I do own a Raven research RR1003 signal exchance unit with frontpannel.The problem is that i cant controll it, because it needs a (by RR enbedded)password to enter itDoes anny one knows if this was a standard PW ,and wich,Or how to get info?The new owner (Drumgrange) of RR does not reply on mail.So at the moment i just own a very big multicoupler not a switch.It would be great if any one could help to get this unit working (switching)
